We are a recognized leader in the fire protection industry and provide our services and products both nationally and locally. Our customer base ranges from commercial buildings and tenants to retail stores, hospitals, schools, construction and transportation industries, giving us the opportunity to sell our products and services to a vast majority of businesses.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our Company competitive and innovative. You will report to the Senior Director- Head of Sales and will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to manage all day to day sales operation on behalf of the Company Responsible for driving and achieving revenue growth targets while developing a solid sales strategy and plan to support the Company’s growth objectives at TFP
• Responsible for developing a solid and reliable topline sales forecast and sales plan
• Outline clear sales goals for team and creates plans to achieve them accordingly
• Focus on driving sales and tracking and analyzing performance against plan. Work closely with Executive Management to develop a cohesive and successful growth strategy
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Promote accountability to drive superior business results. Includes successful execution of Sales strategies and business process
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Responsible for leading and driving a team of strong Sales Representatives
• Develop, inspire and manage a high-performance field sales team
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
• Directs and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories and quotas
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Structure and conduct Weekly Sales Meetings. Set agenda and target market strategy
• Design and Implement Training Procedures for New Sales Representatives
• Meet and exceed quarterly & yearly sales targets

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience with a consistent sales record of driving new business and 3 years’ with sales management experience is required
• Driven, a self-starter, who loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and the business of our clients
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education in the industry through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
