We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to further their growth in our friendly, efficient office while delivering first class customer service!
· Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service. Our strongest company asset is the ability to provide more prompt and quality service than the larger, nationwide security companies.
· Provide technical support over the phone for customers with questions about their alarm system.
· Schedule technicians for daily service calls
· Coordinate with alarm monitoring center (central stations) to verify and analyze alarm signals and customer account information
· Enter customer information and changes into computer system and maintain records accordingly
· Research and manage customer service issues
· Confidently and courteously address complaints and coordinate with designated service technician for investigation.
· Interact professionally with service technicians, both in house and in the field.

Education, training, experience:
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Minimum two years customer service experience
· Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
· Quality control - the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
· Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
· Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with various personalities
· Teamwork attitude
· Proficiency with Word and Excel
