Manage employees and subcontractors on new and existing projects to meet or exceed customer schedules and demands.
Engineer systems for purchasing as needed.
Help train employees and subcontractors on proper install procedures and methods. Conduct quality control inspection on installs.
Report job progress to management and accounting for billing purposes.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be willing to help install, program panels, conduct inspections (fire marshal), and service systems as needed to meet customer demands.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in multi-family low voltage projects.
Must have working knowledge of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse call, Security, and Phone/CATV/Data.
Excellent Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and IE.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
