RFI Communication & Security Systems is seeking a success oriented security sales professional who thrive on closing new business to fill a Sales /Business Development position in our San Jose office. This individual will be responsible for successfully selling RFI Security Integration Solutions to its customers and to commercial and industrial throughout the region.

Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and project support assistance in support of the Team 11/Service Department.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

• Manage Customer Service Department paperwork.
• Assist in completion of all word processing, copying, and filing needed to support Team.
• Attend Team meetings, and provide necessary paperwork to support agenda.
• Track service requests using automated systems.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians to generate reports, open/close tickets, schedule work and process service work billing. Assist in the collection process as needed.
• Process & coordinate delivery of Direct Sales & equipment repairs.
• Maintain customer relations through the use of good Customer Service skills.
• Other assignments as required by the Team Leader.
In addition to competence in performance of job duties as listed, the following are also considered in evaluating overall performance.

• Ability to handle work and solve problems independently, and within guidelines established by Management.
